Christine Chen has always believed that cutting is the true expression of a gemstone’s beauty — exceptional craftsmanship reveals the soul within the stone.
The Eiffel Tower represented the pinnacle of innovation and timeless rational beauty, embodying the spirit of French creativity.
Serendipity’s new cut was created in homage to this vision. Viewed from below, the monument reveals a captivating octagonal symmetry and remarkable structural harmony.
In collaboration with master gemstone cutters from Idar-Oberstein, Germany, gemologist Christine Chen spent years developing the cut. Protected by patents in China and Europe, the design reimagines traditional gemstone cuts through curved structural lines and lattice-inspired facets, creating a distinctive brilliance and depth.
Each newly cut gemstone is a creation born from the union of art and science.
