How can I place a customer order
for a personalised product?
If you want to order a personalised product, a
sales advisor is at your disposal. For any
personalised order, a deposit is required and it will
not be refundable once the order is placed.
What is the delivery process after
placing an order?
After receipt of the order and payment, delivery
(except personalised product) is organised by a
third-party logistics company within 7 working
days. The deadline for personalised products is
to be defined when ordering.
MAINTENANCE TIPS
All Serendipity jewelry are made of precious stones and metals
selected through a rigorous process. To keep the brightness of your
jewelry, these are our recommendations:
- Avoid exposing your jewelry to perfumes, alcohol, cosmetics or products
containing ammonia and chlorine.Avoid exposing your jewelry to high
temperatures.
- Avoid wearing jewelry during intense physical exercise to reduce possible bump
or contact with harmful substances.
- After use, we recommend wiping your jewelry with a dry, soft cloth to keep its
brightness and store them in individual jewelry boxes.
- Diamond jewelry can be cleaned with water and a little neutral soap, rinsed with
a soft brush and dried with a soft cloth.
- Depending on your needs, our experts will provide you with professional cleaning
and polishing services to restore the brightness of your jewellery.

Our products ordered online can be returned,
refunded or exchanged within 7 days from the delivery date.
We also provide some free services:

position of earrings.
